Thirty years ago, my own journey in Germany began – as a migrant with many questions, goals, and the desire to build a future here. After a language course, I began my studies at Humboldt University in Berlin and successfully completed them.
For over 18 years, I have worked in the field of business and accounting. I have gained valuable experience at a tax consulting firm, in large corporations, and in innovative start-ups. Today, I run my own accounting office, also work for a start-up, and operate a passenger transport company with my husband.
I am also a mother of two daughters – and know from personal experience how important good time and self-management are for balancing career, family, and personal development. Structure, clarity, and the courage to make decisions are, for me, keys to success – and I want to share this knowledge.
With our association, I want to empower people with a migration background: to provide them with guidance, show them career prospects, support them in taking the step into self-employment, and encourage them to pursue their own path with confidence and clarity.

I am a lawyer, psychologist, and mother of two teenagers. Until 2022, I lived with my family in Ukraine. Our migration to Germany was unplanned—the war forced us to leave our homeland and start anew here.
This step was marked by uncertainty, responsibility, and many difficult decisions. I know from personal experience what it feels like to leave everything familiar behind and yet have to remain strong for your children. At the same time, I learned how much inner strength a person can develop when it matters most.
In Germany, I had my qualification as a psychologist recognized so that I could consciously use my professional expertise here. Today, I combine my professional knowledge with my personal migration experience to support others in similar life situations with empathy and respect.
I live and work in Berlin and support families, young people, and women on their path to stability, orientation, and renewed confidence. I am particularly passionate about supporting migrants during times of new beginnings.
In our project, I create safe spaces for migrant women, support parents in the integration process, and help people develop confidence in themselves and their future.
I am convinced that every person possesses resources. With understanding, professional support, and a safe space, these resources can become visible and effective again.

I come from Ukraine and had to leave my homeland because of the war. In Germany, I made a fresh start with my two children and built a new life step by step.
I learned German from scratch, reoriented my career, and successfully completed my Master’s degree in Accounting.
Currently, I work as a team assistant in the purchasing department of a construction company.
In addition to my professional development, working with children is very important to me. I have experience in childcare and bring a great deal of patience, a strong sense of responsibility, and empathy to the role.
In my free time, I also pursue my second passion – pastry making. My eight years of experience baking and decorating cakes allow me to share my knowledge and inspire others.
I have not only found my own path in a new country, but I also feel a desire to support others – whether with everyday challenges, integration, or finding their place and feeling at home in their new society.

I have lived in Germany since 2022 and work as a self-employed psychologist. My professional journey encompasses more than 12 years of training and continuous professional development. Since 2014, I have been supporting individuals through personal counseling, group training, and therapeutic groups, and I conduct seminars for professionals and interested individuals.
A particular focus of my work is supporting people with migration experience. Having come to Germany myself, I understand the internal processes associated with a new beginning—the search for orientation, questions of identity, and settling into a new society.
I studied intercultural psychology and work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. In my work, I primarily address topics such as identity, anxiety, loneliness, and self-realization. It is important to me to create a safe space where people feel understood and accepted without judgment.
I am convinced that every person possesses inner resources for change and stability. My goal is to support people in discovering and strengthening these resources so they can find their own path in a new reality.
My time in Germany has profoundly changed my life and broadened my perspective on the world. I value the exchange with people from diverse cultures and see it not only as a personal enrichment but also as an essential foundation for my work.

My professional background lies in marketing, communications, and projects. I completed a degree in marketing in Ukraine and worked in this field for many years.
After moving to Germany, I furthered my skills in online marketing and completed relevant training. Today, I apply this knowledge in various projects, including my volunteer work.
Living in a new country has helped me better understand the challenges faced by people with migration experience and how important support is during this time.
In our project, I am responsible for our digital presence. It is important to me that people can easily find information, feel supported, and discover new opportunities for their personal and professional development.

I was born in Kyiv and lived there until February 2022. Since then, I’ve been building my new life in Berlin.
Due to my aptitude for the natural sciences, I studied at Kyiv Polytechnic University and, after graduating, spent three years there working in research and teaching. During this time, I realized that the intersection of science, teaching, communication, and interaction particularly inspires me.
For the seventeen years before the war, I worked independently in the field of design and interior decoration. I developed and implemented projects in collaboration with architects and architectural firms, combining my technical and communication skills.
In Germany, I’m reorienting myself. I’ve completed further training as a project manager and coordinator for renewable energies and am currently involved in various volunteer projects—both in the field of solar energy and education. Among other things, I lead weekly language cafés and want to support others based on my personal experiences.
In our association, I would like to introduce the areas of climate protection and nature conservation against the backdrop of our shared migration experiences and highlight this as an opportunity to take on not only an integrative, but also a professionally active role in a society that is new to many of us.
