International training course “INGAME” in Tallinn successfully concluded!

Our association’s chairwoman participated in an intensive international project in Estonia focused on gamification and interactive learning methods. The project brought together professionals from Germany, Estonia, Lithuania, Finland, Latvia, Portugal, and Poland.
A key focus of the training was inclusion: we conducted an in-depth analysis of how to adapt activities and design events to best suit groups with diverse backgrounds—whether in terms of prior experience, language proficiency, or individual needs.
During the week, we:
Explored gamification and game-based learning in depth.
Learned how to develop inclusive educational games.
Strengthened our moderation and facilitation skills within international teams.
Why is this important for our association?
Working with diverse groups is part of our daily routine in our integration and support projects. We will directly incorporate these new methods for flexibly adapting our offerings into our ongoing programs and self-help platforms, ensuring that every participant receives the best possible support.
